1. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANGES OF WINNING. SPONSOR: Sega Amusements U.S.A., Inc.



2. ENTRY PERIOD: The Extreme Hunting 2 Tournament Edition T-Shirt Giveaway (Sweeptakes) begins at 12:01 AM Pacific Standard Time (PST) on 6/3/06 and ends at 11:59 PST on 8/06/06 (Entry Period).



3. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are 13 years of age or older. Employees of Sega Entertainment U.S.A., Inc. (GameWorks) and Sega Amusements U.S.A., Inc., and each of their affiliates, subsidiaries, promotion and advertising agencies, and related companies and the immediate families of each are ineligible.



4. HOW TO ENTER AND WIN: During the Sweepstakes Period the first 500 entrants to register online during the Entry Period at www.extremehunting.net will win. Entrants can find the registration page by clicking the T-shirt web banner, or finding the User Menu in the Tournament section of the website and must enter their Name, Address, Email Address and must agree to join the Extreme Hunting 2 mailing list and to share contact information with third party sponsors to be eligible. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the holder of the e-mail account as of date of entry. Limit: one winner per person or email or household address. The odds of winning are determined by the number of entries received.



5. PRIZE: 500 Extreme Hunting 2 Tournament Edition T-Shirts will be awarded. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each $9.00. The odds of winning are determined by the number of entries received. In the event less than 500 people register during the Entry Period, the remaining prizes will not be awarded. If a prize comes back as undeliverable it will be forfeited. Prize cannot be substituted except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value due to unavailability. Total ARV: $4500. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use each winner's name, prize won, hometown and likeness for purposes of advertising, online posting, promotion and publicity without additional compensation.



6. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Participating entrants (i) to release Sponsor and all other companies involved in the Sweepstakes, from all claims or liability for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human or other error, technical malfunctions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or any other error or malfunction, or any injury or damage to entrants or any other persons computer or any other equipment used related to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or acceptance of use of any prize (ii) agree to be bound by these official rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (iii) agree to be bound by the decisions of the Sponsor which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these official rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes.



7. WINNERS LIST: For a list winners send a stamped, self-addressed envelope Sega Amusements U.S.A., Inc. 800 Arthur Avenue, Attn: Event Promotions, Elk Grove Village, IL 60007-5215 by 10/31/06.



8. CAUTION: Sponsor reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found in the sole discretion of the Sponsor to be tampering with any aspect of the Sweepstakes. Any attempt by a participant or any other individual to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil law, and should an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserve the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
